Refund policy

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Items damaged due to improper handling

How to request a return

• Please contact us first at contact@poesiastudio.com before sending any item back.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.

We’ll do our best to find the right solution for you.
