Shipping policy

Each order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio, located near Paris, France.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing. For made-to-order pieces, additional time may apply (mentioned on the product page).

 

We currently ship only within Europe via UPS with tracking.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Customs & Duties

For all orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance.
